Seeing as the boys are always fighting, Rouge, Sticks and Amy figure it would be a great time to sit back and relax. What better way to relax than staying at a resort for a few weeks? However it's a different case for Sonic, as he isn't used to a life of relaxing, he finds it hard to adjust, as his mind is all over the place because of his hydrophobia. Weirdly, having Shadow around seemed to cool his nerves... All it took was a few days, and the two begin to grow feelings toward each other.
What will stop them from getting even closer?
What happens when everyone finds out? (especially Amy)

The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out. "why do you care! you never did! you always hated me!" Sonic angrily said as he tried his best to hold back the burning tears from falling down. "I never hated you, fake-... sonic." Shadow said calmly as he looked at his counterpart crying. .... I'm trying something new here, so it might be bad.
Sonknux: The Horrors Of Summer Vacation
The Summer with Sonic and friends isn't as light hearted as it would be. Knuckles, Tails, Amy, Blaze, Silver, Shadow, Rouge, Cream, Cheese, Sally, Marine, and Mighty just don't wanna have fun with Sonic considering they want nothing to do with him as a friend anymore. Not even his brother Manic (who also came for their vacation) wanted to hang out with him. All of them were on summer vacation at a hotel near a every day theme park (which is an attraction with the hotel). They wanted to spend all summer without Sonic (who came with them) Though when they went too far Sonic felt so heart broken and was never in their sights. By the time they all feel bad and guilty especially Knuckles who actually does have a crush on him they slowly notice Sonic is not himself. He was feeling off and never coming out of the room he stayed in until most summer nights. He was even eating raw meat every day and night. Also strange things happened. Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless?
