In a world where the legacy of the Samurai Rangers has been passed down through generations, a new threat rises from the depths of the underworld. The Gedoushu, once sealed away by the previous Shinkengers, have returned stronger than ever, seeking to plunge the world into chaos.
With their parents unable to fight due to a powerful curse cast by the Gedoushu's new leader, the responsibility falls upon five teenagers-the children of the original Shinkengers-to take up their ancestors' mantles and wield the sacred Mojikara once more.
