When the laws of the Hunger Games were laid out, they dictated that every twenty-five years the anniversary would be marked by a Quarter Quell. It would call for a glorified version of the Games to make the fresh the memory of those killed by the districts' rebellion. Now we honor our fourth Quarter Quell. On the one hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the Dark Days only served to tear their families apart, each district will be required to send two sets of siblings. The new government that came with the rebellion Katniss started has been overthrown. President Snow's granddaughter is ruling Panem now, and she has proven to be more ruthless than he ever was. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever. This Quarter Quell promises to be the worst Games since the rebellion. This story is being entered in the 2015 Wattys! Comment and vote and read please!

As a reminder that men have always been in the forefront of the war, this year's tributes will be reaped from the pool of eligible men in each district. As a reminder that no one can even escape the power of the Capitol, even at the very close chance of freedom, this year's tributes will be exclusively reaped from the pool of eighteen-year-olds in each district. --- It is the One-Hundredth Hunger Games and the Fourth Quarter Quell in Panem. Twenty-Four tributes are about to be reaped from their districts. To be thrown to the custody of the Capitol and to an arena where they will partake in a deadly battle on national Television. However, this year is special as the Capitol will not only introduce one, but two twists that will change the way of the games, forever. Choices will be made. Promises will be broken. Blood will be shed.

It has been a century since the rebellion, and the Capitol still wants revenge... As it is the Fourth Quarter Quell, there will be four games held this year. One will be held with twenty-four children reaped from Districts One to Four. The second will have twenty-four children reaped from Districts Five to Eight. The third will have twenty-four children reaped only from Districts Nine to Twelve. There will be six tributes reaped from each of the twelve Districts, and eight people will win each of the three Games giving us twenty-four finalists to take part in the Ultimate Games where only one will prevail victorious. What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...
