My name is Jaseline, and I'm here to say that being a Changeling isn't nearly as fun as one would think. Sure, we know all about the underground world of things that lurk in your closet and go bump in the night, but that's about it. Get up, go to school, come back, complain, eat, go to bed. That's how it always was. 

Until the Order sent me and my two amazing comrades Iris and Jake to their very own private school. Because, you know, it's totally okay to round up a bunch of Changelings and Shapeshifters and toss em into some schools to get edumucated. Now we are all caught up in way more mass murder and intrigue than I ever would have wished upon myself or anyone else. Turns out we don't know nearly as much as we thought about our world. Who would've thought that behind all the lies we tell the humans there are lies that the Order tells us, their own people.

Now my life is one big mess of murder, powers, extinct warriors, plots against little old me, swoon worthy combat instructors, soul mates, and other things that sound too ridiculous to put into words.

~ I got up more carefully and ran looked around the room for an adjoining bathroom. "You are pretty smart for a slut." He says back with a laugh but, I can see on his face he instantly regrets it. My mouth is hanging open, in complete shock, when he continues "I'm sorry I didn't mean it-" "No, stop," I say with a slight laugh and then for some reason it grows to a full-blown fit of laughter, "No. one. has. ever. called. me. that. to. My. face" I manage to get out through my small, continuing fits of laughter. "You aren't mad at me?"
