After the whole "Perfect Video" incident with SMG4, SMG3 vouches to never let it happen again. However, uncertainty and instability becomes more prevalent amongst them as time goes by, and they both need to realize what's happening before it's too late.

Little did Meggy know, that all the joy and hype would soon fade away as it takes a very disturbing twist when her biggest dream would soon become her worst and darkest nightmare, destined to haunt her every move and memory. It's all up to Tari to do whatever it takes to save her and everyone else from the twisted and nightmarish world of fun as she finds the courage that she really needs... SMG4: The Power Crystal (Episode)
As the SMG4 gang stumble and find themselves lost inside of a mysterious forest, they discover a glowing cave that holds a sacred crystal that is said to grant good fortune and power, but also dangerous consequences. To the groups surprise, the crystal gives each and one of them a special power. Except for SMG4. When they realize what kind of power the crystal really holds, SMG4 decides to take it back to the Showgrounds for further inspection and safety. Not just for that... but to also figure out why all of his friends have something special within them, but he doesn't. But what he doesn't realize is that power is hungrier than the people who want it. ("Episode" in the title basically means that it's an episode length instead of the usual novel or "movie" length.) the night was like no other. mario being a dumbass, meggy and Luigi trying to hold him down, melony and kaizo arguing, what else do you think would happen in a sleepover? smg3 and smg4 talk at night time and smg3 decides to make a promise to smg4 a very adorable and heartfelt one slowly becoming a promise smg3 would never want to say again. EVER. (will have insane angst, disturbing, gore, touchy topics, and doomed yaoi!)
