I spun around when I heard the voice... it was soft and very masculine.
My eyes met dark green ones... piercing dark emerald eyes.
I always knew the first thing I noticed about a person was their eyes...
"You're beautiful" I blurted still entranced by his appearance,
his eyes widened a bit at my statement almost in disbelief... he chuckled,
"Most wouldn't think that..." he said a bit glum...
"Why?" I asked, how could anyone think that? At this point I was sure it was my imagination... years... years I've spent in that castle... sure, I met a few people but he... he was an entirely different thing...
He raised his eyebrow in amusement, the glum look still evident on his face,
"You sound like you've never met people before" he spoke.

I shifted uncomfortably in my seat as he stared across the table at me. I could seriously drown in his eyes. He was intoxicatingly attractive and he had to know it. That's why he was acting strange around me. For some reason, he looked at me as if I was the only one there with him. As if nobody else were here. And his voice... it pained me. It actually pained me with how utterly seductive and husky it always sounded. And the way he smelled all the time. I don't know why he smelled so strong, but I didn't mind. He smelled like evergreens and a hint of mint. It sounds like a bad combo, but it dizzied me with how lost I got in it. "Are you... lost?" Someone asked, her tone impatient. I stopped scanning the room to find the woman behind the voice. I blinked. She had the most luminous blue eyes I had ever seen. My hands were used to weekly manicures not hard labor. But desperate times call for desperate measures. The blonde appeared thoughtful again. Those magnificent eyes gave me a once over, slow and steady. You could see the cogs turning in her head as she considered it. I decided to try and sound more convincing.
