This story revolves around a secret. A secret that could make or break the lives of two separate individuals. One night that was supposed to be the beginning of her adult life turning into a series of change no one expected. She slept with her best friend of 10 Years that night, what was a night of a drunken mistake turned into something she couldn't walk away from. So she walked away from him from and her whole life. Harboring the secret of conceiving a child with her best friend. Marlena loved him like a brother, and knew they messed up, but she couldn't let this end his future. She knew this was the last thing either of them needed, Damiano David was on the way to becoming a Rockstar and she was moving away at the end of that summer to live with her dad and attend College in California. The plan would remain the same with a minor new addition. Follow Marlena through new changes as she makes the best of what she can, as she leaves behind everyone she knows. Finding it hard to say goodbye, and keeping what would be the hardest secret out of fear, to protect her best friend.
