about Kai who is a merman, was attacked by a shark on his swim around the sea, Kai washed up to shore to be found by soobin who was cleaning the beach as commtiy services because to his fight he had in school, once he found him, he brought him to his friend who was a mad scientist (taehyun) and told him to help Kai, and once Kai woke him lost his memories and had only the idea that he was a merman, as the time went by both began to fall in love with each other and Kai get his memories back but did not go back to sea because he loved soobin.

this is more like a summary of the book lol^
