Growing up Emma-Lee May Strauss didn't have a dad. So when her dad, Jethro Gibbs, came around, the BAU comforts her. Tara knew Emma-Lee in their young teenage years. Emma-Lee has always had a crush on Tara, them college happened and Emma-Lee went to Italy. She attended The University of Padua, Tara went to Virginia State.
Emma-Lee has been working with the BAU since Jason. Emma-Lee did have a relationship with him like Spencer, it broke them both when he was found dead.

How will Emma-Lee react when her dad comes back? How will Erin work through the change with Emma-Lee. How will Emma-Lee react when her "Dad" wants to take her to meet his team, the team he fathered. Emma-Lee rolls her nose at a new member in the BAU.
