hey guys! this is basically a fanfic where the sides r living like humans.
one day they were apart of thomas, the next they had been scattered across the town - just enough room for their own little adventures. will they find eachother? or will they be destined to wander alone? for plot reasons, they'll probably find eachother. but it's nice to theorise before you skip to read the last page in anticipation

Roman has bad luck when it comes to love. With his first serious boyfriend rejecting his identity, and the second rejecting him in general, he has the bad habit of sticking around until it's much too late to split up naturally and safely. However, this story deals with abusive/toxic relationships, rape/coerced consent, self-harm, and a lot of stuff like that. Also, Unsympathetic Patton(morality) is a HUGE theme in this as he is the main antagonist. Please stay safe, I don't want anyone reading this to be hurt or triggered by its content! So I read this fic ages ago but it wasn't complete and it hadn't been updated since 2014 and I really want to finish it so I decided to finish it myself, however, all credit for the idea and the first chapter goes to jaeparker on archiveofourown and their fic was called 'your graduation'. This is their summary: Michael and Gavin grew up together. Inseparable. best friends for life. Until One day Gavin just stops talking to Michael entirely. Right when Michael needs his best friend most, he's gone in an instant. Gavin leaves Michael to deal with school, growing up, and the loss of both of his parents alone. I in no way claim any credit to the idea of this story, however all writing from chapter 2 onwards is entirely my own and I also edited the first chapter but the ideas are all based on the original story.
