Under the sudden looming threat of a worldwide global outbreak of a shockingly deadly disese. That was recently rediscovered by the international community in isolated tribes located in Northwestern Brazil, panic begins to spread amongst the countries of the world. A newly discovered flowering plant called the "snowpenny" has been found to exist in Siberian caves with the sole ability to relieve this threat. However, this cure can only be produced in specil goverment facilities in California. Will global super powers cuaperate to thwart an upcoming pandemic or will tentions rise to a disaterious war?
