Tale of Endearment

On a hidden island amongst the Pacific Ocean, there is a small town called Yakan. There was a strange phenomenon that happened one day where a mysterious light struck upon this peculiar urban area. High above, where the light shined through the clouds and in the sky, there appeared was a golden traditional shrine gate called a "Tori" that connects the spiritual world to the living world that mortals reside in. Later that night news also covered over what looked like a fireball was soon shooting and crashing down on the part of the town. Spectators, after witnessing the fireball, had cried that the deities were infuriated and that this town must have down something wrong... Although minutes later, authorities dismissed it as nothing serious had happened. The Tori gate and its celestial aura, alongside the fireball had vanished suddenly, and the midnight was filled with black again..

My name is Kizu, I thought this phenomenon was so abnormal, I researched more into it myself. But strangely so, after it all disappeared, I found a fox under a large oak tree. It had all the answers to the questions our town's folk were begging to know. A spirit named Taiishoumaru with a tale to tell!
