They are beings created from the parts of other things: things once separate now brought together by the hand of a necromancer to create a consciousness.  The Moonless are believed to be myths but that is farthest from the truth. 

Mavis, the goddess of stories, loves to collect them. She spends all her time sitting among the stars watching the little morals below. Each new story fills her with wonder and joy, or sadness and grief. The interesting, fleeting lives of mortals intrigues her. 

She is one of many Gods of Parra.

The world of Parra is a wonderful, yet dangerous place. Gods walk among mortals; some help and some harm. Adventure walks alongside loss as these mortals meddle with things they shouldn't. The world is ever changing with every character's choice.
