Ben and Mal's love was one that was being written about for several years. When the dreams finally began, Ben wished to see that face as often as he could, while Mal found it to be an eternal nightmare...arriving in Auradon they saw that it was not just a dream. What they felt was real and alien to them.

"There will be a single pair, a single soul mate, unlike any other that when they meet, will break through the created world."

When an ancient book is found they discover that everything that was written, was being and everything that will happen including the greatest war they have ever faced.
