Hwang Hyunjin, a new surgeon who wants nothing more than to see his patients die right in front of him. Specifically, die because he had ripped their bodies open, making the blood flow out. He wants nothing more, nothing else. As for now, at least.

Shin Iseul, an office worker who had recently learned that her body is in a desperate need of heart surgery, or she might lose her life.

What happens if these two are united and Iseul becomes yet another obsession of Hyunjin which is named as 'love' by him?
