Years after a remote deep-space research station, Orion-9, went dark, a long-dormant transmission begins broadcasting again-encrypted distress calls interspersed with garbled logs, eerie static, and a repeating phrase: "We opened it. We shouldn't have" A salvage team is dispatched to investigate. The crew expects a derelict shell or maybe pirates... but what they find is a station preserved almost perfectly-lights still flickering, oxygen systems still running, no signs of the original team... except their voices still echo through the station.
