[REWRITING] Katarina Richelieu loved fables but never believed in fairy tales although she knew magic existed in the world. On her twenty-first birthday her father's forced to repay an old debt to faery royalty, and Katarina has to sacrifice her freedom and become a woman with no name to save her family. Entering a world full of creatures as beautiful as lilies and as vile as the weeds that grow in the ground, Katarina soon becomes overwhelmed with the realm of the faeries. She begins to pick up on gossip of the four courts including the rumors of a dark faery prince named Lorcan Woulfe who had been missing for years and rumored to be dead, but had recently risen from the grave. Learning of Lorcan's secret that his heart has been shielding with prickly rose thorns, Katarina decides to play a dangerous game and make a binding vow of iron and magic with the faery to gain what she wants. But when you make an oath with a faery, especially one of trickery, you don't ever break that vow. Every deal comes with a price, and Katarina soon comes to learn that they'll always collect. 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 Cover and banners by @ryevain sylver | all rights reserved ©
