For every dynasty that goes by, gods are always there to watch.
They are to protect humanity no matter the consequences, they serve under no one. They are to be served. And the priests and the priestesses are in charge of it all.
One day, in a lifetime, a young man who was a priest under training, befriends the goddess of beauty and guidance, Aurora. And through her knowledge of the myths and hymns that the humans tell and perform, he learns more and more about the gods themselves.
However, some humans become too greedy. They become too greedy for knowledge or power that they'd do anything to steal it right under the gods' noses. It is up to him to help protect the gods from the humans who seek their power.
For power and life comes corruption...

Ancient Evils, New Heros
Many thousands of years ago, a battle between good and evil started. The heroes were dwindling in numbers as the villains kept winning over and over, but one day a nameless hero came to help aid the side of good. When he came the heroes started winning more battle and started to beat the villains. The leader of the villains grew frustrated at the nameless hero. She sent her strongest minions to kill him but all failed and died. She then went to fight the nameless hero, it was a long fought battle. The hero using magic and weapons and the villain using her own magic and weapons kept going at each other. The hero finally gained the upper hand and knocked down the villain. "Your evil ends now." "You would like that wouldn't you? You would like me to stop fighting." "I would and I'm the only one who can end this nightmare." "You can't." The hero started to say some incantation and the villain could feel her power being taken away. "What are you doing to me?!" "I'm removing your power so you can't hurt anyone again." The hero summons a magical chest. "This chest will store your power since it can't be destroyed." "NO!" All her power left her and flowed into the chest. She turned into a ghostly figure. "How could you do this to me?" "I have people to protect." "Curse you." "This chest won't open for you. Your power is locked away forever." "CURSE YOU!" The hero then walked away and left her there at the chest for all eternity. Or so he thought. Thousands of years later, now in a cave she hears someone coming. "Oh i'm fine, thought i heard something. It sounded like crying." She smiled at the fact she would finally get her powers back and get revenge on the human race.Completa
The Goddess's Follower
(I apologize for deleting the last version of the Goddess's Follower, I didn't see any way to make it interesting but after a period of planning and making sure things are good, I planned a better version of it. I would like to thank my boyfriend for inspiring me on this) Boarding school student, Luke Everwood, sees no point for life around the quaint Chesterville. As they embark on their quest, Luke comes through the hidden parts of his world where things aren't as they seem, and that he has no choice but to live by that.
In the Absence of Light
I laugh at you pitiful humans who scurry about this Earth with out a purpose seeking only life, but finding only death. I welcome death. I know what is coming, and the Goddess of Darkness will welcome me into her kingdom when I die. For now, I serve her purpose. I fight wars in her name, and serve as her avatar when needed. When she first came to me, she burned the love out of my heart. Now I find only humor in silly human affections. Love. It's such a short and despicable word. Maybe I could just enjoy fighting until I died, if it wasn't for the city. My city. My own corrupted city that cast me out for saving one of the city's own. The city I spit upon for its treatment of the gods and goddesses chosen people. I swear that one day, I will come back. My wolf does love the thrill of the game of chase." She shudders at my response and I frown. I begin stripping myself of my clothes. "I suggest you close your eyes or turn around, if you don't want a show." The red color returns to her cheeks and she blushes, covering her eyes. Bones cracking and fur sprouts out from my human skin to transform into my large black wolf. With one look at me, it was enough for my angel to faint. My wolf whimpers as her closes her eyes in shock and falls onto the bed. I hope she will accept us. My wolf lets out a sad howl in agreement.Completa
