Percy (4) is running from Gabe, crying because the man killed Sally. He runs to the forest where the Hunters of Artemis are setting up camp. He runs into Artemis and tells her what happened. Taking pity on the small boy, she makes him an honorary hunter. Everyone eventually warms up to the helpful boy, who tries to do everything in his power to make their lives easier. Artemis teaches him to use a bow and arrow. He does well and she gives him a pen. When he uncaps it, the cap turns into a quiver of unlimited arrows and the pen turns into a beautiful birch bow.
