Brookleigh Dale has had her share of work over the years. She has dabbled in all sorts of things-including taking down human trafficking rings. However, Brookleigh finds herself struggling to keep her sanity and herself together when children end up involved or people slip through. She finds herself making a decision to leave her current task force, only to learn the Director of NCIS put a request in to transfer her to DC. Brookleigh decides that it was time to part from the trafficking task force and to head to the NCIS task force where she hopes to find her dream job. What she wasn't looking for was Leroy Jethro Gibbs. She wasn't expecting to walk into love, let alone fall into it.
