Several hundred years ago something happened. Something big. A deadly disease spread across the globe, turning innocent people into savage, crazy human eating creatures. When children are born they're placed in containment blocks underground, designed not to let anything in or out, until the age of 20, where they are released into the wild to fend for themselves. But when the deadly disease makes it into the blocks, the very few survivors must fight these deadly monsters and figure out everything that has happened.
