Cliche. I know I know. Bad boy meets the nerd. But hey this story may just be not cliche enough yet still cliche to meet your likings. Meet Lennon. Obviously, the nerdy girl. She mostly keeps to herself. Sits in the back of the room with her hair always covering her face. Her bulky glasses frame her face largely but she doesn't mind much. Her best-friend is the head cheerleader and she always tries doing things to Lennon to make her more outgoing. then in English class she has to make a story of herself and her partner. Named Parker. Meet Parker. Bad-Boy of the school. Mostly closed out. Has one friend they are pretty close. Most of the girls go after him but very un-cliche. Not the head-cheerleader. He never really knew why because that is usually what happens. As a matter of fact most of the cheerleaders barely look at him. He is very cocky and rude to the girls he does know though. Adrianna parties and gets drunk and smokes all the time. One day she just can't stand staying with her dad for any longer and goes to her neighbor Daniel's house till her friend picks her up. She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. I hope you like the book, there is going to a mild amount of swearing and lots of drinking and smoking. Everything is made up beside the state they live in. The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?"
