Sakura (16years old) had a horrible illness and had stayed in a hospital for a long time.however,she has been told that she had only a few months to live.she has decided to leave that behind her and to act normally and to live her life properly before she goes. A boy (17 years old) called tamaki had his father in the hospital because of a minor illness but he went into the wrong room my mistake and met sakura. They became friends easily and got along but slowly started to fall in love together but tamaki never knew that sakura only had a few months to live...
