In this book I write all about mental health issues in the perspective of someone who has them. (I speak to multiple people who have the mental health issue I'm writing about, and do research on all disorders/illnesses +I also have anxiety and social anxiety those stories are based on MY experience. Remember not everyone has the same experience!)
