Either I keep my distance to protect myself or I keep my distance to keep people away from me. I know when my peace is at risk. Also, I am well aware of when I am being toxic. In both situations, the best approach for me is to disconnect until things get calm. I'm tryin' to improve myself day by day, And if i lose people during the process.
