There are many mysteries that exist in the world which are yet to be solved. Just like those mysteries there exist a huge number of mysterious people and organisations.

They are born with powers and can get stronger with proper training. But one cannot determine if someone is strong or not based on their power alone. 

There are also organisations that help and manage a huge number of such people without the world knowing about their existence.

But due to this new children who are born with powers do not know what they are or where they belong to. Yuki, Mika and some other people come into that category.
