This is my first time writing a real proper story, so don't judge me if it's terrible.

My story is about a nine year old girl called Elizabeth Robinson (Liz/Lizzy) and she finds out she has stomach cancer. With only six months to live, it seems she has no chanel of surviving.

"You got me but you know what? I'd never play hide and seek with you because someone like you is impossible to find" he smirks. "Fine, you won" I groan. I'm not to sure if these facts about cancer are true or not but I tried to do some research on it. But this story is mostly made for the reveal of the notes and not as much of other genres.
