"It's a party in the USA", I belted out.
"Shut up Cara", Austin said from the drivers seat.
"Austin, its raining and I have nothing better to do. So shut up and drive" I said stubbornly. Yes, this was the way I spoke to my best friend. Especially after having to wake up at 5 in the morning to go on this stupid road trip. i laughed when it started raining and demanded that Austin drive us home.
"Ok, ok Jeez", Austin muttered. Suddenly he slammed down on the brakes and cursed.
"I'm sorry", he mouthed and suddenly something hit us. We flipped across the highway, the car landing in a ditch.

An IV bag is behind me and everything is sterile here. Must be a hostipal I think to myself. I try then to think how I got here. I can even hear the gears in my brain trying to think how I got here. All I can remember is my 17th birthday party. I didnt have too much to drink I think?
