As an introverted person, going to college can be a daunting experience. I'm surrounded by so many people, all with their own personalities and backgrounds. While I'm excited to meet new people and make connections, I'm also worried about how I'll manage to balance my need for solitude with the social demands of college life.
To help me navigate this new chapter in my life, I'm making a list of potential entries that I can write in this journal:
"Making new friends as an introvert": This entry will explore the challenges of making new friends as an introvert, and strategies for building meaningful connections without feeling overwhelmed.
"Managing my time": With so many new experiences to explore, it's essential that I manage my time effectively. In this entry, I'll reflect on how I'm spending my time and identify ways to prioritize self-care and solitude.
"Exploring new interests": College is a great opportunity to explore new interests and discover new passions. I'll use this entry to reflect on the new hobbies, activities, and clubs that I've joined, and the ways in which they've enriched my college experience.
These are just a few of the potential entries that I'll be writing as an introvert going to college. I'm excited to use this journal to reflect on my experiences, grow as a person, and create new chapters in my life.
