Kennedy Hawkings was born into the saddle. Growing up at a famous stable in Montana, training to become a professional eventer her entire life, two famous eventing parents, plenty of horses. 14-year-old Kennedy didn't want anything else. When her father dies in a tragic accident on the eventing course, and Kennedy has a riding accident causing her to lose the lower portion of her right leg, her mother decides to sell the stables, the horses, and move to Kentucky.
