From the time Michelle was a little girl, she knew that basketball was her dream. Ever since she could hold a ball, she was on the court practicing move after move, perfecting her talent. The only thing holding her back was her uncontrollable temper.

Michelle's terrifying anger continues to lash out violently, triggered by her rough past. With no sense of control it holds her back from her true dream.

Her latest outburst is the last straw and her coach suspends her from the team, but he gives her one last chance to clean up her act. Help out that the school's training facility or she can kiss her scholarship goodbye.

What happens when you add a cute, yet extremely stubborn, personal trainer to the equation who won't take any of Michelle's attitude? Well let's just say sparks won't be the only thing flying.
