The world isn't as we know it today, taking place somewhere farther than we, a city that emerged in the mid 18 hundred, Seaveil, a land that used to be concealed by the sea. Somehow, the land drifted close to the US and Canada, some people said it was the lost city of Atlantis, and some others went on to say that the land was a government conspiracy. The Anthroisi arrived many, many years before, around the late 18 hundred, and they contributed a lot to society, these Anthroisi used to be humans too, this phenomenon was called "The Shifting" where a random number of humans grew animalistic attributes, there were now fewer humans than Anthroisi, but it eventually leveled itself out, and by the early 19 hundreds, the forms of each species was perfected; Wolves and Cats inherited many things from their feral counterparts, so did the other Anthroisi. Of course, a war was waged and humans won and many lives were lost in the process... mostly human, however, 21st century movements came by and we have the present, where equality exists yet racism also exists along side it. We shall join Connor R. Castro, a coyote with emerald green eyes, in his journey to become a hero, how will this new responsibility benefit or disadvantage him? What cold secrets shall we learn? What raging fire shall flood his soul? What will happen beyond the point of no return? We'll soon see... In the afternoon sunlight, the younger man's hazel irises brightened into a beautiful, golden honey-brown. Jasper was speechless for a few split seconds, until he managed to make his mind work out what to say next. "We're a team. That means no man gets left behind. I'll come back for you, I promise." ________________________ Killian-Grey has survived on his own for five months since the world was taken over by the dead. Desperation drives him to accidentally stealing somebody's food. A plea for help after being stabbed is answered by Jasper Adachi, an ex-military soldier determined to save the innocent and bring Killian back to the safety of his group. The two make an unlikely pair, but soon realize their survival may depend on one another more than they had initially thought. When the time comes, will Killian join Jasper's group, or wander out on his own once again? The dead are dangerous, but the living are cruel. If the two are to survive, they'll need to learn to get along and stick together. Will they work as a team, or become one of the dead?
