Adriana Pierce is Katherine's secret twin sister that Damon and Stefan never knew about in 1864. Now Katherine and Adriana are back and Katherine will stop at nothing to make Stefan her's again. But Adriana's just along for the ride until Stefan kidnaps her when she pretends to be Elena.
