A girl named Alyssa overcomes her family's abuse and moves away to L.A to better her life. She works at a small coffee shop near her apartment, but the pay is BARELY helping her with rent. An unknown girl who just started coming to the shop stays on Ally's mind, but that's later ruined by a man named peter who she can't seem to get away from. Later, she decides she should go to her favorite singer's concert. All the adrenaline from seeing the person shes adored for years, who has gotten her through her darkest and hardest times causes her to faint in the middle of her favorite song. Does anyone try and help? She's confused once she wakes up in an unknown room.. until she hears a motherly voice say, "paramedics are on their way.. you're going to be okay, sweetie."
