The Zombie Apocalypse has arrived, and Calypso, stranded with her sister Zoe, is rescued by the confusing Leo Valdez. Together with the rest of the group, they must survive the walking dead, and along the way Calypso and Leo's relationship continues to change. One moment they're fighting, the next they're flirting. But what's the destination? What does the future hold? There isn't much future left to find out.

For the city, a normal Saturday night features multiple news headlines searching for a 'goddess-like woman'. It's a usual occurrence. None of the city's residents are concerned. For the corporations she's stealing from and the agency going after her, however.... it's a different story. Calypso Nightshade is a frequent criminal in her area.
