During the attack in which Azur Lane was attacked by the Sakura empire a fierce storm formed and brought with it a new ship that somehow knows everyone while no one knows who he is, but this ship is known to high command as their new commander. Charged with both commanding the fleet to defeat the crimson Axis and sirens, as well as serving in the fleet as the primary flagship of the command fleet he must find a balance between the two, soon though he'll get help.
