On February 3, 2498, Japan, China, Russia, and the United States joined hands to create the 5Vision Alliance, also known as the Third Eye.

The plan was for those four countries, working together, to rule the entire world as they saw fit. And they had to achieve it before the half millennium finally came to pass. 

Each executive subjected all the children (ranging in age from ten to twelve) in his nation to a single test. The child with the highest score from his country would be transferred to a laboratory along with the other three to study them and prepare them to be the next heads of the Alliance. But something happened, something that completely changed the course of things.All Rights Reserved
