Cordelia -> meaning "heart of the sea" or "daughter of the sea"

Cordelia (Lei/Cora) Reddington is an eighteen-year-old girl from district 4 whose name was unfortunately put in the bowl alongside her best friend Lochlan Buckley, and everyone else. Cordelia and Lochlan are forced to play in the Capital's games, changing their lives forever as only one would make it out alive.

After her games she spends two weeks back home in the Victors Village getting herself, her father, Lochlan's sister and mother settled in their new home. Finnick, Mags, and Cordelia's loved ones all help Cordelia cope with her new reality. Finnick and Cordelia spend the next three years together, growing closer they start to develop feelings. By the start of the 74th Annual Hunger Games they begin their secret relationship, hiding it from Pamen.

This book contains Cordelia's Games, struggles with threats from President Snow, mentoring other Tributes, her own physical and mental battles, and her relationship with Finnick. Cordelia begins making friends and forming bonds with some of the other Victors as the next three years go on.
