The Buchanan Effect

Zemo meets a mysterious stranger who claims to have the ability to travel through time. Skeptical and full of cynicism, Zemo turns the person away thinking that it's just a cheap ploy to con him. However, the mysterious stranger is not easily deterred and is very eager to prove his wild claims of time travel by any means necessary. Even if that means using Zemo as a guinea pig and sending him to a world of boiled foods, narcotic-lace medicine, suspenders, and Jazz Music. As Zemo struggles with the culture shock of the late 30s and early 40s in Brooklyn, New York, a familiar face crosses his path and changes everything he thought he knew about the soldier who would be in Hydra's grasp in just a few short years.
