The first anomaly was Stan Pines. I knew him as Stanley, he had always been Stanley when I was younger, when it was just him and I, but his niece and nephew knew him as Stanford (or Grunkle Stan). When I left Stan's care 21 years ago, I thought I knew him better than anyone. Sure, I was five, and sure, we probably didn't talk about everything but... You would've thought he'd have mentioned his brother. Stanford Pines was the second anomaly. I had spent an entire month in his room, never recognizing it was actually his. I read his books, I looked over his math, I added footnotes to his theories... never even knowing it was actually his. The Boy Who Cried Werewolf
Four years after Weirdmageddon, Dipper, Mabel, Stan, and Ford return to Gravity Falls for the summer. Dipper and Wendy reconnect on a deeply personal and intimate level. Dipper and Mabel fret about their parents' upcoming divorce. Plans for the future are made: Dipper has finished high school early, and has won a scholarship to Miskatonic University, on the strength of his academic work, his granduncle Ford, and one of Ford's old colleagues and teachers at Miskatonic, Prof. Rick Sanchez. Mabel is still in high school, but has been doing advanced reading in psychology. Wendy and Dipper want to plan a future together. Mabel wants to move to Gravity Falls when she finishes university to open a craft store and counseling center. The Stans are thinking of continuing to travel the world investigating paranormal phenomena and producing a show about it all along the lines of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. However, an ancient evil threatens Wendy and Dipper, and all of the Pines clan's hopes for the future. I have no idea how long this will take to write. This is my first attempt at fanfiction. I recently discovered the Gravity Falls show, and so, of course I am late to the party-- late by several years. However, I wanted to try my hand at this. I have self-published several books, but I have never attempted fanfiction, and more specifically, I have never attempted romantic, sensual, or erotic fiction. Please feel free to critique my writing-- and be as brutal as you can. My aim is to improve.
