These are called Pokémon Trainers. They use these Pokémon to battle, trade, and much more. The strongest trainer in the region is known as the champion, Leon.

Hop decides to ask Sonia, Leon, Marnie, Raihan, Melony, and Bede if they've noticed anything with her since they were the closest to Ava, but nothing. "Where the northwind meets the sea....."
