NO GOOD DEED

'No good deed goes unpunished', as the saying goes. It's a lesson we all learn when an act of kindness leads to our own misery. When it comes to such misery, however, none know this bitter feeling better than Alex Ripley. All it took was one selfless act to tarnish his reputation. One kindness that stole his future, and eventually lead to him meeting his end.

Instead of closing his eyes for a final time, he found himself reincarnated in a new, fantastical world none the worse for wear. There was one small difference, however... Alex was no longer a man, but a woman instead. With this second chance, will the lessons from her last life dictate the path she walks? Or will she discover things about herself and this brave new world she never thought to imagine?
