It's been four months since the saviours of Ninjago had disappeared, all but one, Lloyd.
When the people of Ninjago began mysteriously disappearing the ninja found that it had something to do with the three Oni masks of deception, hatred and vengance.

Lloyd spoke to the one person he thought he would never have to speak to again.
