The crime rate had dropped extremely low this month, so when they saw a woman (who strangely looked a lot like Natasha's sister who was kidnapped a long time ago and is most likely already dead) punching a merchant in the face and stealing money from said merchant, it caught them off-guard, which gave the woman a chance to assault Krusveto and escape.
