Hajime Hinata is a plain, talentless boy who was thrown into a virtual reality killing game. Forced to choose between Hope and Despair. After the traumatizing loss of his friends and the pain he was put through, he successfully beat the game. Suddenly, an explosion occurred. It affected all students, some more than others. The talentless boy, however, suffered the most. He lost the majority of his memories and now has to fight through despair, again, to get them back. He is put through tormenting nightmares, and suffering to get them back. Can Hajime finally get his memories back? Or will he lose all hope and allow the world to crumble into despair.
