This is the second collection of poetry expressing how my traumas, my physical, and my mental health have made me feel since I can remember. There is TRIGGERING content. I write about almost every feeling I've had since I started researching and realizing and remembering things that have happened to me. Be kind. If you read this I want to say thank you for taking the time to understand me.
