This GL (girl love) fanfic is a story continuation of a korean drama The King's Affection. I was saddened by the ending of this show because I wanted our beloved precious queen to have an happy ending. And I wanted to bend the story in a way I could give exactly that. The ending kind of felt incomplete with everyone's story except main leads so I wanted almost everyone to get their happy ending.
The main plot is exactly the same up-until the ending.. If you're a fan of canon leads king Lee Hwi and royal tutor Jung Ji-un, please skip reading this fic. I don't own any of this characters but I do own the storyline in this fic as it's created entirely by me from my short circuited brain.
