The Clarites, an old tribe found in the Khole Desert, depart on a quest at their queen's order to retrieve a gemstone stolen by the Emerians centuries ago that would bring honour back to their Kingdom. Micah Eli, the only untalented (magically) of the soldiers is  faced with a dilemma when a powerful artifact lands in his possession. Will he let himself drown in his newfound power or will he choose to save his fellow soldiers?
