Cordelia -> meaning "heart of the sea" or "daughter of the sea"

Finnick and Cordelia have been in a secret relationship, hiding it from Panem for the past four years. It's been 4 years since her Games, and Katniss and Peeta's games have just begun. After Katniss and Peeta come out Victor's of the 74th Hunger Games. Katniss and Peeta begin to put on a show for Panem with a "false" relationship. As Katniss and Peeta's Victory Tour comes to an end the 75th Annual Hunger Games begin, now Cordelia as well as the other Victors are being re-entered in the Games for the Quarter Quell.

Cordelia and Finnick hint at their secret relationship during the Quarter Quell training, parade, and interview. The only ones who know of their relationship are their loved ones, Johana, Haymitch, and Atlas.

This book contains the development of Finnick and Cordelia's relationship as well as her new friendships with the other Victors.
