There are many things that bother Abigail Bryans.
First, how average her name is, I mean Abigail? Really?
How cute shoes, are also uncomfortable shoes. Style and comfort should always be together, after all.
How there isn't a size baggie between gallon and quart. What if something is too big for a quart and to small for a gallon?
And, how a cute boy just happens to live next door, and Abigail just happens to have a crush on him. And how cliche that is.
Because the thing that bothers Abigail most, is anything cliche.

Abigail Bryans is your typical high school girl, except for her one quirk, anything and everything is too cliche for her. She spends her whole life avoiding cliche settings and doings, but when the cute boy next door starts to acknowledge her, things may get to cliche for her to handle. Because she likes this boy, but can't tell him, because, how cliche is that? But when Abigail's sister moves back home for a while, her and Dakota come up with and elaborate plan. Abigail and Dakota will send her and her mom away on a two week cruise. Where will Abigail stay you ask? At Dakota's house. With Dakota. This is about to get interesting.

Just like any other small town, Reef's Paradise has its own stories and secrets. Most of such stories are known to all the residents but unknown to the newcomer, Abbie. One such intriguing story is about the Light House, located at the far end of the town on a deserted beach. There is something about the stories, and the Light House itself that attracts Abbie even before she finds out a secret, hiding in it. This is a story about Abbie's journey to self-discovery, to learn what love and care truly mean. Being a teenager is not easy nor is peeling off layers of masks, especially when you have them on for so long. We all make promises. We all say that we'll keep those promises going for eternity. But, they never actually last that long. Being royal doesn't mean they're immune to the outside world. They have feelings just like anyone else. They have deaths and they have issues they need to deal with. Princess Abigail isn't any different. She lost her mum young, she feels pressured by the public to be the epitome of perfect. Her boyfriend, Klein, is trying to help her but she feels like he's adding to her pressure.
